Very Important Person (the acronym remains the same, at least in Mexico VIP).
A greeting card
Textualized
Video E-Mail
Instant Message
(I do not know what the letters mean that I do not use RSVP).
How to surprise the familiar (to a form using "blow" is not usual or Spanish).

A person who is of great importance.

Map

SMS (probably just slang ... there are probably a lot of translations from different regions)

Video Mail

No. Do not think there is a single acronym. Answer please.

Advertising without a visit. I do not think that it is an expression of it.
